Sara wonders if maybe she should let go of his hand – it is forward, in a way, even though she was only thinking about not becoming separated in the crowd when she did it. There are a lot of people around, after all! But she’s definitely not the kind of girl who goes around just grabbing strange boys’ hands, so it does feel a little odd. She wonders if should let go.

But she doesn’t.

Instead she just lets him guide her. When he asks if she’s hungry, Sara nods. “Yeah, a little,” she admits. “I haven’t eaten in a while. So I’ll get something too.”
