It satisfies him more than he cares to admit to know that Dean is uncertain, tentative, afraid, and that he still keeps his consent. He works Dean the rest of the way open with steady, considerate thoroughness. When Dean is breathing out, he presses in; when Dean is breathing in, or holding his breath, he strokes Dean's skin and murmurs reassuring things and soothes him.

Until, finally, all three are inside him.

He switches on the last vibrator.
