[ The answer to his posed query serves only to confuse Sherlock further, and he expresses this with a tilt of the head. Brows furrow as the man talks, but Sherlock, for once, doesn't interrupt him in the vague hope that when he concludes whatever it is that he's saying, all will be explained.

Except it isn't. It's as if the man believes Sherlock already knows what the use of said beads is for, and that Sherlock knows what he's insinuating by 'playing'. Eyes flit down to the list again, then back up at the other man.

The hand holding the beads is offered out, and Sherlock motions to the hand, dismissively.

All of them. [ As if frustrated by his own answer, he adds: ] Particularly an explanation of the game we're supposed to be 'playing', and for what purpose.

[ Because, well, no one really explained it to him. And for the copious amounts of fornication occurring around them, to the point of people physically exhausting themselves, Sherlock can only assume that there is a point to their rampant sexual activities beyond the pursuit of pleasure. It's only logical, really. ]
