[Gaia actually smiled almost affectionately at the sentiment. It was true that Johnny didn't know her or how screwed up she was, but still, he could just reserve his opinion until and if he did.] You don't really know me all that well, but uh, yeah.

[She decided to let it go herself. He'd done her a favor by letting it go for her, but she couldn't help her curiosity that poked at her. She kept herself in check, though, and didn't ask anymore at his silence. When he pulled something out of his pocket, she frowned at the sight, not sure what to think. What was that? It looked strange and not like anything she'd seen before. Her confusions showed on her face as she looked up at him from an angle. At his little explanation, she wasn't sure if he was crazy or not. Or if she thought he was. D could sense auras, apparently, and she didn't have a fear gene. But... magic? Spells? It all seem way too far-fetched to her. Despite herself, she couldn't help but ask in a doubtful tone.] You can cast spells?

[His obvious nervousness should have her backing off by now, but she didn't feel like it. Despite his uncertainty until he was pushing her away, she simply didn't want to back off. If he wanted her to move away or not touch him, he could let her know somehow. She waited for him to stop faltering so much and actually say anything to her. When he moved the jacket, she dropped her eyes to his lap. Well, at least the external stimuli or strange internal desire wasn't only effecting her. It almost made her feel relieved, but also excited. She felt excited that that wasn't having the only one who was arousal for no real reason. It wasn't that the boy wasn't cute and she did seem to have a thing about falling for someone without really knowing them. Looking back up at him, she nodded slowly, a small smile on her lips.] Probably. I think the way I feel is due to that too. It's hard hearing all that, knowing what the fuck is going on out there and not... not think about it.

[She shook her head.] It doesn't just go away exactly, but isn't not as noticeable for a girl. [She gestured toward his lap to prove her point that it was quite obvious with a guy. Guys couldn't really hide it.] We can deal with it mostly the same way a guy does. [Nodding down again at his lap, she couldn't help but ask.] So that's what you need help with... do you want my help with it - as your partner here that is? The sooner it's dealt with the sooner you can... think about other things?
