Near as I can tell, you can go anywhere inside the city you want, except the capitol building. It's guarded and you are... strongly discouraged... from going in without an appointment. I didn't bother making an appointment.

Honestly? I think somebody's screwing with us. I believe in other worlds and crap like that, but porno-land here is kind of ridiculous. Why would anyone want to reward people for having lots of sex. They'd have to get something out of it.
