The implication that the Akatsuki thought himself better somehow because he hadn't been a member of the snake's little harem. Childish. Sasuke had long put any notions of shame in that behind him; it had been means to an end, like any other method of shinobi infiltration. Hell, kunoichi were rumored to employ that method consistently, and Sasuke saw little difference. "Only natural," he repeated; that phrasing was particularly amusing. As though there had been anything natural about Orochimaru... or, from what he'd seen, about any member of Akatsuki. Hah.

"How natural?" he queried, still entertained by this whole line of conversation. "Did you watch?" If Sasori could shoot off snide remarks about this kind of thing, Sasuke may as well. He was beyond pleasantries at this point. And while he certainly filed away the information that this Akatsuki was Orochimaru's old partner, it hardly mattered with the snake mostly dead. It mattered less here.
