Are those in control of Ariel that confident in their ability to keep the population contained? Are they that powerful? Lelouch can say nothing of others who may have supernatural abilities, but in the case of his Geass, a power formidable enough to have bent the gods of his world to his will... just who was in charge of this place? What resources do they have at their disposal? The chip he and everyone else had been implanted with has to have something to do with it, but how does it work? What are its limitations?
