With the City of Ariel grand opening only a month away, we are holding our first ever test drive meme. Tag in and see how your character would settle in the game. You're a fresh face in the city, newly processed, and arriving at a bustling time. The city is expanding and you are greeted first in the re-education center by your helpful counselors and then directed out of the building to a large festival.

Be puzzled, make friends, have sex, or whatever you want! There are no restrictions on thread types played out here.

Your first awareness that something has gone wrong comes during a groggy moment of semi-lucidity when you look around yourself and find that -- instead of wherever you remember being last -- you're in a chair, in a room with a man you don't recognize. He's sitting behind a desk whistling to himself and sorting paperwork. The whole atmosphere might remind you of a high school guidance counselor's office, only with far more comfortable chairs.

When your head clears enough to speak and you ask him where you are, he smiles brightly and says, "Welcome to the City of Ariel."

You were brought to Ariel during a very special time! There's a large festival going on celebrating the new expansions to the city and everything is decked out for it. Everything is bustling and vibrant in the city today because of the celebrations. There are decorations up, food vendors set up all along the streets, kissing booths, games, and just about anything else you can imagine an event like this would have!

The people of Ariel are out and about as well, some are in vibrant costumes and others are just checking out the sights. Some of the more exhibitionist types are even having a little more fun out in public than you may be used to seeing back home.

As soon as the grogginess from your arrival passes, you are allowed to leave the re-education center and see it all for yourself. Upon exiting, you are even handed beads of various colors, several of each so you don't worry about running out.

Each color has a special meaning listed below:

pink - toys
blue - oral
yellow - watersports
green - age play
lavender - crossdressing
orange - multiples
grey - bondage
white - hands (mutual masturbation, fingering, handjob)
red - blood
black - wildcard

These are to aid you in making a connection with others. Show your interest in others and tell them exactly what you would like to do with them by sharing the beads.

If you would rather take a different approach, feel free to walk around the festival and see what (or who) catches your eye. The point is to relax and get settled in your new home.

[ 20's America still is probably not as sexually repressed as much of modern Japan but... Umi could answer that question for him sometime. Embarrassing, but hey, so's the whole city.

Johnny doesn't seem to actually be taking them anywhere now that she's grabbed his hand, probably because he's trying to escape and now Umi's starting to think things that make her think that that could've been a good thing. No turning back now though! She'll lead them to... to... privacy? ]

Yeah, I'm sure. I just met someone nice, and you're not leaving me until I find someone else nice. [ Don't make her drag you Johnny. ]

[Dear God. He just might explode from embarrassment. How fast can Johnny’s face turn into the same shade as a tomato?

If she said she was sure, and apparently trusted him, then he’d stay with her. He had no idea what to do about his embarrassing little problem, but they needed to get to a safe place first. Still holding onto her hand, he pulled her away from the perimeter of the festival.] Wonder what else is out here…

[If there was some nice big terrain to explore – like a forest or a park – that might take their mind off of things. Just being away from those horny people was a huge relief. Although, it didn’t eliminate the problem.]

[ That'll depend on whether she just explains it to him, or gives him a demonstration, and THAT will depend on just how far gone she is here. She doesn't like him that much yet, but it's hard to keep her thoughts away from certain things here. There's enough trust to help her protect herself, and to keep her company, though, so Umi's happy to let him lead the way now. ] A lot of buildings, judging by the skyline.

[ It's hard to get horny people off your mind when you are horny people, no matter where you go, and feeling it this strongly is downright foreign to Umi. ]

He walked over to the one of said buildings and pulled on the door, frowning.] …It’s locked. [There was the classroom building he came from initially, but if that strange man was still inside…]

There might be some empty booths in the festival? But it’d be hard to drown out all those noises.

Well, yeah.

[ Just because it's a sex festival doesn't mean business want people wandering in their back doors. Doing it in a kitchen isn't sanitary. There aren't a lot of places nearby that are at all private or safe or secure, so unless they want to go for a jog... ]

We could try that. Sitting down might help, at least.

[He scratched the back of his head and gave her a sheepish grin.] I didn’t really think they’d care about locking up…

Yeah, okay.

[Back toward the festival they went wandering around, until they were able to find an empty space. It was right between a kissing booth and another booth that looked like people were bobbing for apples. But what was floating in the water didn’t look like apples.

…Johnny wasn’t that curious this time.]

Here. [He motioned Umi toward the back corner, under the overhead where they couldn’t be seen.]

They're still businesses. [ And they probably make a ton off of being in a town like this. Clothing shops? People tear their clothes going at it. Restaurants? It's supposed to be good exercise, or so she's heard. Maybe the arts and crafts stores don't have much business the rest of the year, but she's sure even they make money off of a big event like this.

Good thing whoever had this booth up hadn't taken it down yet. Umi wonders about the kissing booth, looking at the oddly excited young man standing behind it - handsome too. Must be why he has people walking up... ignoring that ignoring that. ]

Hmm. I wonder if… [He considered the idea for all of two seconds and then came to his senses. It wasn’t like he was planning to stay here for long.] Nah. Probably wouldn’t do any good here.

[The blond nodded and sat next to her.] Got it.

[There were loud, exaggerated kissing noises coming from the booth next to them. Johnny made a face before leaning his head down into his heads, holding it while muttering.] This is crazy… [The last thing he needed right now was to be distracted like this.]
