With the City of Ariel grand opening only a month away, we are holding our first ever test drive meme. Tag in and see how your character would settle in the game. You're a fresh face in the city, newly processed, and arriving at a bustling time. The city is expanding and you are greeted first in the re-education center by your helpful counselors and then directed out of the building to a large festival.

Be puzzled, make friends, have sex, or whatever you want! There are no restrictions on thread types played out here.

Your first awareness that something has gone wrong comes during a groggy moment of semi-lucidity when you look around yourself and find that -- instead of wherever you remember being last -- you're in a chair, in a room with a man you don't recognize. He's sitting behind a desk whistling to himself and sorting paperwork. The whole atmosphere might remind you of a high school guidance counselor's office, only with far more comfortable chairs.

When your head clears enough to speak and you ask him where you are, he smiles brightly and says, "Welcome to the City of Ariel."

You were brought to Ariel during a very special time! There's a large festival going on celebrating the new expansions to the city and everything is decked out for it. Everything is bustling and vibrant in the city today because of the celebrations. There are decorations up, food vendors set up all along the streets, kissing booths, games, and just about anything else you can imagine an event like this would have!

The people of Ariel are out and about as well, some are in vibrant costumes and others are just checking out the sights. Some of the more exhibitionist types are even having a little more fun out in public than you may be used to seeing back home.

As soon as the grogginess from your arrival passes, you are allowed to leave the re-education center and see it all for yourself. Upon exiting, you are even handed beads of various colors, several of each so you don't worry about running out.

Each color has a special meaning listed below:

pink - toys
blue - oral
yellow - watersports
green - age play
lavender - crossdressing
orange - multiples
grey - bondage
white - hands (mutual masturbation, fingering, handjob)
red - blood
black - wildcard

These are to aid you in making a connection with others. Show your interest in others and tell them exactly what you would like to do with them by sharing the beads.

If you would rather take a different approach, feel free to walk around the festival and see what (or who) catches your eye. The point is to relax and get settled in your new home.

[ Greed was right— there wasn't much that could bother him. Not in this sort of situation, at least, and when he leaned in closer Ling certainly didn't seem to mind. He wasn't making any moves himself— not yet— but neither was he making the slightest attempt at getting away. ]

I could just be cheap and repeat your words, you know.

Let's say I'd like someone who can keep up my interest— I can be a bit of a challenge, after all. I like decisive people.

[ Tilting his head to the side just slightly, he gave him a cocky smile before continuing. ]

Maybe the kind of greedy person who wants to own everything, but give something in return when it matters.

[ And that last line wasn't just a coincidence— that much was obvious enough. But of course Ling wanted to see if Greed would pick up on it, and how he was going to react to it. ]

So? How about it...? Think you can help me out?

[That prompted a laugh. Yeah, Greed had deserved that, and he appreciated someone with a sharp tongue. Points for the squinty bastard, then. Who, it occurred to him, still hadn't given up a name. Not that Greed had himself, or was in any hurry to.]

Yeah, I can tell. You look challenging. But sometimes I like a challenge.

[Then he said that, though, and it was just close enough on the mark that Greed's eyebrows sprung up. He took another step forward, body almost pressed to Ling's in the process, but not quite. He wanted to ask if he knew this guy, how he'd know to say something like that. But he decided against it. Better to coax it out of him, really.]

Hm. Maybe I can. You got a name? [He flashed another razor-grin.] You're right. I'm greedy, and I like having anything I can get my hands on.

[Then he was reaching out, sliding an arm around Ling's shoulders to pull him closer, just to prove it.]

[ Not only did he let him slide that arm around his shoulder and pull him closer, this time, Ling moved his own hands to Greed's hips as well, smirking at him as he did. ]

I didn't think you were interested in exchanging names, charming stranger. It's Ling.

[ Now, on normal occasions, this would be enough given who the person in front of him was. But this was anything but, and somehow the fact this was a friend of his— a previous version of one, even— didn't entirely register to Ling right now. It wasn't exactly the first thing on his mind, at least. ]

And I'm guessing this means I count as one of the things you'd like to get your hands on right now. Unless you're all talk and nothing else, that is.

[ Finally closing the already small distance there was between them now, he was the one pressing his body up against Greed's-- the look on his face making it clear he was well intent on making it a challenge, or a race perhaps. Either way, it was obvious he wanted to see who could come out on top of this. ]

[A bold move, but Greed appreciated that. His arm curled to wrap more around Ling's neck, then, getting nice and close. He liked close. Close was a good thing. Being pressed up against a warm, willing body, was there much better than that? He wasn't sure.]

I'm a collector. No fun if I don't have anything to remember you by.

[When Ling pressed so close, Greed returned the favor by wrapping his free arm around his waist. He didn't grab him too intimately, not yet, but it was a near thing, and their faces were close enough now that Greed could feel the warmth of his breath. It was a nice feeling. It had been too long, too long since he'd had a new body in his bed.]

You're smart. They call me Greed, and I am so far from all talk.

[To prove it he closed the gap between them, kissing Ling hard. He didn't do many things by half-measures, after all, and if Ling wanted to do this, he was going to have to learn quick that Greed was direct, aggressive, and demanding.]

[ There wasn't much surprise at Greed making such a move after Ling had provoked him that way, really. He was aware Greed was the sort of guy who wouldn't back down from a challenge, and this was just the kind of thing he would do.

Not bad. Not bad at all, and Ling certainly didn't mind. Turns out aggressive and demanding suited him just fine, and already he was responding in kind, trying to deepen it and push his tongue past Greed's lips.

Still— Ling just wasn't the type to let someone else call the shot so easily, and that was something Greed would have to learn quick. Moving a hand up to his chest, he tried to not so subtly guide him to the nearest wall, fully intending on pinning his newfound partner against it. ]

[No, backing down from a challenge was definitely not Greed's way, especially when it was this kind of challenge. Why hold back when he had such a willing and eager volunteer, after all? He could feel the way that Ling was kissing him back so readily, and that was all he needed to know to keep going, deep and hungry.

The fact that he felt Ling pushing him, though, guiding him against a wall, that was a little bit more of a surprise. Perhaps he shouldn't have been. He did see that arrogance and ambition in his narrow eyes. It made sense that he'd take the same kind of attitude to this as he did to the rest of life. A kindred spirit, isn't that what Greed had thought of him as? He never should have expected anything less.

Still, even if he let his back hit the wall, that didn't mean Greed was going to let him have all the fun. His hands moved to the bottom of Ling's shirt, pushing it up a little, fingers tracing over the smooth skin beneath. There was muscle there, more lithe and flexible than his own but still obvious. It will be interesting to see what he really looks like, bare and exposed.]

[ That works just as well. Ling had a thing for being in control and taking the lead, but Greed responding like that just made it better. It was way more fun to have someone just as willing and eager as he was, after all, and this was the kind of thing he'd expect from Greed anyway.

Arching his back just slightly into that touch, he let out a soft, encouraging noise as he bit into Greed's lower lip-- breaking away and trailing a line of wet kisses down his neck right after.

Finally, he spoke again in between not-so-gentle bites. ]

We're supposed to exchange beads, aren't we. I wonder if you have any preference at all...?
